By commissioning a design or purchasing any service or product from Noir Media, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these guidelines.
2. Our Design Services
At Noir Media, our current offerings include custom-designed thumbnails, profile pictures, and banners created for a variety of social media platforms and to suit your specific branding needs. We plan to expand our range of services in the future, so please check back for updates.
We understand that you might not always have a fully finalized concept in mind, and our team is happy to assist with idea development and brainstorming. To help us tailor the design effectively and ensure the final product meets your expectations, please provide as much detail as possible regarding your goals, target audience, and any initial preferences or inspirations you have.
Please be aware that Noir Media will not accept requests for designs that include Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content, illegal imagery etc.
3. Working Together: Ordering & Communication
To commission a design from Noir Media, please first review our current services, packages, and offers detailed in the services section of this website. Once you're ready, you can initiate your order by purchasing the service here or on the Discord server
To help us get started effectively on your project, we require some essential initial information. Please be prepared to provide at least the type of design you require (e.g., thumbnail, profile picture, banner), any specific text to be included, and a few examples of styles or aesthetics that you like. While this minimum information is very helpful, we are also available to assist with brainstorming and further developing your concepts once your order is active.
All communication specific to your order, including discussions about the brief, feedback, and the revision process, will be conducted within the private ticket (Or Email & Live Chat) created when you place your order. Our team is committed to clear communication and aims to respond to your messages, feedback, and revision requests within 24 business hours.
4. Service Rates & Payment

Payment Policy
It is our standard policy to require full payment upfront before any design work commences. This ensures that your project is promptly scheduled and our designers can begin their work without delay.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept payments through PayPal. Specific instructions for payment will be provided when you place your order.
Please note: At the moment, cryptocurrency payments are temporarily unavailable. We hope to re-enable this option in the future.
Discounts and Promotions
Noir Media offers several opportunities for discounts. We may occasionally feature special discounts on our services during promotional events; keep an eye on our website and social media for any such opportunities. Our service packages are designed for bulk orders and already include reduced pricing, as detailed in their listings.
Furthermore, we greatly value feedback from our clients. As a special thank you, clients who provide a testimonial for their completed project for the first time will receive a 15% discount coupon code applicable to their next purchase. Please note that this is a one-time offer per client, and attempts to circumvent this limit are not permitted.

5. Project Flow: Timelines, Delivery & Status Updates
Project Timelines
Our estimated turnaround times for design projects can vary, as they heavily depend on the complexity of your request and our current workload. While we typically aim to complete and deliver a product within approximately two (2) business days, please understand that this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.
High-Priority Service (Discord Exclusive)
For clients requiring the fastest possible turnaround, we offer a high-priority service option. Please note, this service is exclusively available for orders placed and processed through our Discord server, as it allows for the real-time communication necessary to expedite the project. This option places your project at an advanced position in our queue and incurs an additional fee. For details or to place a high-priority order, please join our Discord server.
Order Status Updates
For updates on your order, including its position in our queue and a more precise estimated time remaining, please feel free to contact our support team by replying to your order confirmation email or by using the form on our "Contact Us" page.
Final Delivery
Once your design is finalized and you have given your final approval, the non-watermarked files will be delivered to you electronically. This is typically done via email or a secure download link sent to the address provided during your purchase.
6. Design Revisions
Our goal is to ensure you are pleased with the final design, and our revision process is structured to achieve this.
After the initial design phase, we will provide you with a watermarked preview of your product. This allows you to confirm if you are satisfied with the creative direction or if you would like to request revisions.
Your service includes up to two (2) formal rounds of revisions should you choose to proceed after this preview. These rounds are intended for reasonable adjustments, such as modifications to color, text, or the positioning of minor elements. Extremely small tweaks (like a minor typo correction on our part), at our discretion, may not count towards your formal revision rounds.
However, requests for major changes that significantly alter the agreed-upon core concept, require a substantial redesign, or fundamentally deviate from the original brief fall outside the scope of standard included revisions. Such major changes may result in additional fees to cover the extra work. In rare instances where the requested alterations constitute an entirely new project, repurchasing the service might be necessary.
Any potential extra charges will always be clearly communicated and agreed upon with you before any further work is undertaken.
7. Our Satisfaction & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority, and our process is designed to be transparent and fair.
Initial Watermarked Preview
After your upfront payment is processed, we will begin the design work and provide you with a watermarked preview of the initial concept. This is a crucial checkpoint for you to review the creative direction of your project.
Your Choice at the Preview Stage
At this point, you have two clear options:
- Request a Full Refund: If you are not satisfied with the initial concept and do not wish to proceed, you can opt for a full refund.
- Proceed with Revisions: If you like the general direction but want adjustments, you can choose to move forward with our revision process (as detailed in our 'Design Revisions' policy).
Finalization & Refund Conditions
Once you formally approve a design (either the initial watermarked version or a revised one) and we deliver the final, non-watermarked files to you, the sale is considered complete and final. At this stage, refunds are no longer offered.
Policy Exceptions
A full refund will, of course, be guaranteed if Noir Media is unable to fulfill your order as promised. Furthermore, cancellation requests made before any design work has commenced may also be eligible for a refund.
8. Ownership & Use of Your Designs
Your Rights as a Client
Upon successful completion of your project and receipt of full payment, you, the client, will own the final design created specifically for you. This grants you full usage rights for the delivered asset, allowing you to use it for its intended purpose (e.g., for your social media branding, channel art, or other agreed-upon applications).
Our Portfolio & Promotional Use
We take great pride in our work and often appreciate the opportunity to showcase completed designs in our online portfolio, on our website, and across our social media channels for promotional purposes. We believe in respecting our clients' work, so we will always request your explicit permission before displaying your specific project publicly.
Project Confidentiality
If your project involves confidential information or you would prefer that your design not be used for any public display by Noir Media, please inform us before the project commences or at the earliest possible stage. We will make the necessary arrangements to ensure your confidentiality preferences are fully respected.
9. Your Role as a Client
A successful and efficient design process is a collaborative effort. To help us create the best possible design for you, we kindly request your partnership in the following areas:

Please provide a clear brief for your design project, including all necessary information as detailed in our 'Working Together: Ordering & Communication' section. The more thorough your initial input is, the better we can align the final design with your vision from the very start.
Ensure Timely Communication
Your prompt responses to requests for feedback or additional information are crucial for keeping your project on schedule. Timely communication helps us maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Maintain Respectful Interaction
